These <br />projects have involved the management of multidisciplinary teams under Mr. Clopper's <br />direction, which have included terrestrial and aquatic habitat studies, air quality evaluation, <br />noise and visual impact assessment, wetland disturbance and mitigation, and <br />socioeconomic impact. These aspects are often performed concurrently with Mr. Clopper's <br />technical studies in the area of water quality assessment. Examples of his project <br />experience in these areas include: <br /> <br />· Environmental Assessment. For proposed Rockwell Reservoir site, Roosevelt National <br />Forest, Colorado. <br /> <br />· NEPA Compliance Review and EA Preparation. Surface water, groundwater, and <br />subsidence-related impacts associated with the U.S. Office of Surface Mining's permit <br />application process for the following underground mines: <br /> <br />Wasatch Plateau Coal Field: Deer Creek Mine, Wilberg Mine, Des-Bee-Dove <br />Mine, and Trail Mountain Mine, <br /> <br />Book Cliffs Coal Field: Sunnyside Mine. <br /> <br />· NEPA Compliance Review and EA Preparation. Surface water, groundwater, and <br />subsidence-related impacts associated with the U.S. Office of Surface Mining's permit <br />application process for the following surface mines: <br /> <br />Centralia Coal Field: Centralia Mine. <br />Black Diamond Coal Field: John Henry No.1 Mine and Palmer Mine. <br /> <br />· Environmental Impact Report. Prepared for a proposed instream sand and gravel mining <br />project, Santa Clara River, Ventura County, California, performed in conformance with <br />CEQA, NEPA, and Section 208 Areawide Planning requirements. <br /> <br />· Cumulative Hydrologic Impact Assessment, Required by NEPA, for basin-wide coal <br />development and permitting for underground mines in the Huntington Creek and <br />Cottonwood Creek Basins, Utah. Included assessment of Colorado River salinity issues <br />related to mine dewatering quantity and quality, <br /> <br />· Environmental Impact Study. Proposed Round 2 Water Marketing. Prepared for the <br />U,S. Bureau of Reclamation's Ruedi Reservoir, Colorado River basin, Colorado. <br /> <br />2.2.3. Discipline Manager: Public Process <br /> <br />Peter F. Lagasse. Ph.D.. P.E..
