Provo River Corridor Master Planning

From 1992 through 1994, PIONEER worked with the Utah Division of Parks and Recreation to
develop a river corridor master plan and a development program guide for the Jordanelle-Deer
Creek Reservoir corridor in central Utah. Under subcontract, PIONEER: evaluated the
physical, biological and hydrological aspects of the river corridor; delineated wetlands and
drafted mitigation plans and 404 permit applications; assessed leisure-use and recreational
options; developed siting proposals for improvements; and generated requisite maps.
