He has mastered the <br />conceptual and practical intricacies of environmental policy, legislation and process and applied <br />his skills to support projects of many types, in a range of different ecosystems, and under the <br />purview of most pertinent governmental agencies. <br /> <br />Representative Projects <br /> <br />Vail Category III Expansion Environmental Impact Statement. Principal in charge and <br />project manager on major ski area expansion EIS, prepared for the U.S. Forest Service, White <br />River National Forest. <br /> <br />Uinta Basin lateral Natural Gas Pipeline. Principal in charge and project manager on this <br />northwestern Colorado pipeline project with the Bureau of land Management and the Federal <br />Energy Regulatory Commission as lead agencies. <br /> <br />lake Catamount Resort Development. Principal in charge and project manager on this <br />ongoing project to develop a four-season resort near Steamboat Springs, Colorado, working <br />with the U.S. Forest Service. <br />
