He has acted as Project Manager for a wide range of projects. He is experienced in <br />the development of drainage master plans, drainage planning, and floodplain studies. He has <br />conducted studies for municipalities, counties and State and Federal agencies, including the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board and Federal Emergency Management Agency, Dr. Frick has <br />supervised the design and construction of drainage and flood control projects, dams, stormwater <br />detention facilities and site development projects. He has experience on numerous design <br />projects for dams, roads and utilities. This experience ranges from initial field investigations <br />through all phases of design, including EIS, permitting and management, and public process. <br /> <br />As a requirement on a number of Dr. Frick's projects, the public process is an important aspect of <br />project approval. He has been involved in public outreach information gathering, and consensus <br />building efforts for project approvals. <br /> <br />Specific EIS-related work includes: <br /> <br />Rock Creek/Muddy Creek Reservoir Draft Environmental Impact Statement. Responsible <br />for water component for full NEPA compliance project. Prepared for the U.S. Forest Service, <br />Rocky Mountain Region, Lakewood, Colorado. <br /> <br />Supplement to the Final Environmental Statement for the Colorado-Big Thompson Windy <br />Gap projects. Evaluated the Water Marketing Program for Green Mountain Reservoir, <br />Colorado. Prepared for the Colorado River Water Conservation District in Glenwood Springs, <br />Colorado. <br />
