Table 4.

Recaptures of bonytail which overwintered and persisted in the Colorado or Green
river for at least six months. Recaptures were attained though electro fishing,
seining, and fyke netting. Range of total length (TL) was measured at the time of
recapture, and range of RM represents the river miles of captures.

For fish stocked after the spring of 1999 monitoring the actual cohort of origin could not be definitively detennined. due to use of
coded wire tags and non-lethal sampling. The designation as an overwinter recapture was either derived from samples taken
before spring stockings or from estimations based on stocked size classes.
