The <br />Recovery Program is ajoint effort of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Bureau of <br />Reclamation, Western Area Power Administration, states of Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming, <br />Upper Basin water users, environmental organizations, the Colorado River Energy Distributors <br />Association, and the National Park Service. <br /> <br />Mention of trade names or commercial products does not constitute endorsement or <br />recommendation for use by the authors, the fish and wildlife service, U.S. Department of Interior, <br />or members of the Recovery Implementation Program. <br /> <br />We would like to acknowledge a number of people that contributed to this effort including the <br />personnel at Dexter National Fish Hatchery, Quentin Bradwisch and his technicians at Wahweap <br />State Fish Hatchery, and Tom Chart, Melissa Trammell and Pete Cavalli who are no longer with <br />the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, but were responsible for a majority of the <br />implementation and coordination of this effort.
