Results are in need of rigorous test-
ing and most likely will be refined once analyses are completed; therefore, they
should be considered provisional at this time and may not be pUblished or quoted
without permission of the researchers. A final report on this research should
be finished and available in the Fall. 1985.
The accompanying graphic illustrations and tables summarize characteristicst
found to be diagnostic and pertinent methods. Until copies of the final report
are available, refer to Snyder (United States Dep. Inter. Bur. Land Mgt. Bio.
Sci. Sere No.3, Denver, Colorado, 1981) for a more detailed description of
most terms, taxonomic characteristics, and methods utilized in this research.
A limited number of copies of Snyder (1981) are available through the Larval
Fish Laboratory, CSU.

* Research funded under Federal-Aid matching grant SE-3-5 administrated through
the Colorado Division of Wildlife.
