Manuscripts are accepted from Survey <br />employees or contractors, students and faculty associated with cooperative fish and wildlife research units, and <br />other persons whose work is sponsored by the Survey. Manuscripts are received with the understanding that they <br />are unpublished. Manuscripts receive anonymous peer review.
