Three of these packages are associated with <br />environmental impact statements on the operations of Flaming Gorge Dam, Navajo Dam, and the <br />Aspinall Unit, and these flow recommendations will become integral to the annual operation <br />plans for these facilities. The Yampa River and IS-mile reach flow recommendations packages <br />will be implemented through appropriate inter-agency and programmatic agreements. In addition <br /> <br />to these flow reco <br /> <br /> <br />ations, an environmental impact statement in 1995 established releases <br /> <br />from Glen Canyon, that protect downstream resources. These flow packages encompass <br />I <br />much of the knowiitIstonc habitat of the the endangered fishes. <br /> <br />Table 1.
