The stage of zero flow values were modified to reflect
lower hydraulic controls.
The substrate code was changed from a two-digit dominant-
subdominant scale to a one-digit modified Wentworth scale
based on the dominant particle size.
The water surface elevation values for the three flows
were averaged for the right and left banks and carried
out to the hundredths place.
A value of 4.06 feet was added to the bed elevations in
transects one and two. The reason for this addition is
unknown, but possibly it was done to aid in hydraulic
simulations.
