Jensen have been kept since 1946. Total annual flows in acre
feet for the Green River for this station are shown in Figure 10.

Maximum river flows, which would affect the flooding of
bottomlands and wetlands of the site, generally occur during the
months of May and June. Maximum flows in cubic feet per second
(cfs)-for May and June for each year during the period of record
are shown in Figure 11. Total annual flows in the Green River
have not been significantly affected by the construction of
Flaming Gorge dam in 1963. However, the frequency and duration
of peak flows have been significantly altered.
