<br />ORGANIZATION OF FACT SHEETS <br /> <br />The following information is provided for each fact sheet. <br /> <br />Location <br /> <br />Location is described relative to the stream, drainage basin, county, and <br />State of the water development project. <br /> <br />Function <br /> <br />Function indicates the primary purpose(s) for which the water development <br />project was constructed. <br /> <br />Completion Date <br /> <br />Completion date is the year in which the water development project began <br />to function. <br /> <br />Operators <br /> <br />Operators designates the private organization, corporation, utility, or <br />State or Federal agency that operated the project upon its completion. <br /> <br />Minimum Streamflow A&reement <br /> <br />This category describes the licenses, permits, or other documents that <br />contain the minimum streamflow agreement. <br /> <br />Streamflow Releases <br /> <br />This section provides a narrative summary of the history of streamflows <br />downstream from the project based on our information. <br /> <br />Objective <br /> <br />The objective is the reason for which the m~n~mum streamflow releases were <br />negotiated. It identifies the resources being protected or enhanced by the <br />agreement. <br /> <br />Information and Methods Used <br /> <br />The kinds of information and methods applied to assess instream flow needs <br />are presented based on the information we could obtain. <br /> <br />Recommendations <br /> <br />The U.S. Fish and Wildlife <br />are summarized in this section. <br />several projects. <br /> <br />Service recommendations regarding instream flows <br />The summary is based on minimal information for <br /> <br />2 <br />
