.

Given this informatioll. Reclamation was able to generate four tables that determine the impacts
of these federal projecls on the Price River Basin for a wet, dry and average water year. These
water years were 1984, 1977, and 1968 respectively. Table 1.1 ;illustrates the theoretical virgin
flows of the Price River at Woodside. This table was developed using the historical USGS gauge
data at Woodside plus the total depletion of the Price River identified by the Area Engineer
minus the return flow. Table 1.2 shows the Environmental Baseline of the Price River at
Woodside. Table 1.2 was determined by taking the total depletion of the Price-San Rafael River
Salinity Control Project and adding the total depletion minus the return flow. Table 1.3
illustrates the Average Monthly Flows of the Price River at Woodside that would result from
depletions from Scofield Reservoir, the Price-San Rafael River Salinity Control Project, and the
proposed Narrows Project. This table was developed by taking the results found in Table 1.1 and
subtracting Table 1.2, and the total depletion from the proposed Narrows Project. Table 1.4
shows the Average Monthly Flows of the Price River at Woodside that would result from
depletions from Scofield Reservoir and the Price-San Rafael River Salinity Control Project.
Table 1.4 was determined by taking Table 1.1 minus Table 1.2.

/[

WW~L ~1~ ~ fh~dz U5<5 ;)~ ~( ?
