proposed design would be a benefit to rafting, canoeing, and kayaking uses. Indian Trust Assets
would not be affected nor would minority and low-income groups be disproportionally affected as
defined under the Environmental Justice Executive Order.
Reclamation and Fish and Wildlife Services approval of the construction of the project is
conditioned upon the execution of necessary operation and maintenance agreements for the
program and the obtaining of necessary easements from private landowners involved.
