employees or contractors, students and faculty associated wit~ cooperative fish and wildlife research units, and
other persons whose work is sponsored by the Survey. Manuscripts are received with the understanding that they
are unpublished. Most manuscripts receive anonymous peer review. The final decision to publish lies with the
editor.
