'IN <br />Propst, New Mexico Department of Game and Fish (NMGF} were on all <br />sampling excursions. <br />U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Ecological Services) and <br />USBR (K. Lashmett) provided equipment. J.E. Brooks is especially <br />commended for providing the bulk of the electrofishing equipment <br />and the expertise to operate it. <br />The Navajo Department of Game and Fish (S. Diswood and J. <br />Saiz) and the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish <br />(J.P. Hubbard) provided necessary collecting permits. <br />The Bureau of Indian Affairs (Shiprock office) and New <br />Mexico Department of Game and Fish provided logistical support. <br />The many administrative chores created by this project were <br />ably handled by D.L. Propst and J.P. Hubbard (NMGF), B. Williams,. <br />S. Tully, and R. Harris (USBR, Salt Lake City), and M.A. Root, <br />and T.L. Yates, University of New Mexico. <br />R. Valdez (BioWest, Logan, Utah), and H.F. Olson, and C.G. <br />Schmitt (NMGF), provided unpublished information and discussions <br />regarding their experiences on the San Juan River, New Mexico. <br />J.E. Brooks, D.L. Propst, and J.P.
