Intensive efforts should be made July to October by Division of Wildlife
Resource biologists to sample larval and juvenile bass to obtain estimates
of spawning success and year-class strength. Information on success of natural
spawning is of primary importance to the Division, but of secondary priority
to the present contract. Hence, assistance of the Division is needed to
continue monitoring after the spawning migration is completed.
