This <br />draft is submitted as per obligations for Contract Number 1-FC- <br />40-10490. <br />The report consists of four separate manuscripts: The first <br />(Population estimates/ population movements of Gila cypha, an <br />endangered cyprinid fish in the Grand Canyon region of Arizona) <br />was recently published [i.e., Copeia 1996(1):15--28], while the <br />second (Endangered humpback chub, Gila cypha, as prey of <br />introduced fishes in the Little Colorado River, Arizona, with <br />notes on fish stocking in the Grand Canyon region) has been <br />submitted. The third manuscript (Catostomidae of the Grand Canyon. <br />region of Arizona: Population estimates, movements, and <br />survivability) is still being developed and will be submitted <br />this summer. The fourth manuscript (Survivability of an <br />endangered species (Gila cypha, Cyprinidae) witin the Grand <br />Canyon region of Arizona: Results of a five-year mark-recapture <br />study) is also scheduled for submittal in summer, 1996. <br /> <br />Thank you very much for your assistance as project manager during_ <br />the progress of our research.
