date, 3) postponing any stocking or relocating of listed species upstream from Government <br />I~ghline Dam on the Upper Colorado River and Redlands Diversion Dam on the Gunnison River <br />until fish screens are operational, 4) stocking domestic-reared razorback sucker downstream from <br />diversion structures on the Upper Colorado and Gunnison rivers, 5) monitoring the effectiveness <br />of screens in canals and modifying the design and operations as needed, 6) collecting fish-use <br />information from the fish passageway at Government Highline Dam to determine upstream <br />movement by Colorado pdceminnow and razorback sucker, 'n implanting radio tags in Colorado <br />pikeminnow that are collected in the fish trap of the Government Highline fishway to monitor <br />movement following their release upstream of the dam, and to determine the extent of upstream <br />movement and retention in the Upper Colorado River, 8) monitoring any fallback by Colorado <br />p~lceminnow over the diversion dam, and 9) continuing to obtain river water temperatures at Una, <br />Rulison Bridge, and immediately upstream from the Rifle Bridge which could be used to develop <br />a model to correlate water temperatures and fish occurrence data to predict the success of <br />Colorado pikeminnow establishing residency and home ranges or spawning in historical occupied <br />river reaches that are presently unoccupied. <br />x <br />
