Twenty-eight additional ponds were either <br />water/sewage treatment ponds (22) or were misidentified as ponds (6). <br />Pond Ownership -- The 729 potential pond sites identified in the study area <br />included 235 private/municipal/public owners. Of these 235 pond owners, 104 own <br />more than one pond site, 116 own one pond site, and 15 own a portion of a pond site. <br />1 <br />The 104 owners of multiple pond sites own all (592 pond sites) or part (13.5 pond sites) <br />1 9
