1 <br />' ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS <br />The author wishes to acknowledge and thank the following individuals for their contribution to <br />this investigation. Dr. Richard Valdez provided valuable insight throughout the study and reviewed <br />all documentation. Anthony Wasowicz and Bryan Cowdell functioned as Senior Biologists on the <br />project and contnbuted greatly to the success of field efforts. Other biologists that provided valuable <br />' assistance in the field include Leslie Brown, Sheila Rogers, Shaunda Kennedy, Peggy Wood and Larry <br />Hill. Lydia A. (Penny) Trinca managed the database for the project and provided assistance in data <br />analysis. Darren Frodsham did an excellent lob as pilot for all aenal telemetry efforts. <br />Tom Nesler of the Colorado Division of Wildlife was helpful in establishing a workable study <br />plan and also provided assistance in the field. The Colorado Division of Wildlife's Sportsman <br />Information Center assisted in collecting angler recapture data for the study. Keith Rose and Patty <br />' Schrader coordinated the study for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Their cooperation and input <br />was appreciated. John Hamill with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service also provided administrative <br />assistance. <br />Jim Pankonin, Public Works Director for the City of Craig, provided valuable logical assistance <br />and coordinated much of the public relations associated with the project. Administrative assistance <br />' was also provided by City Manager, Don Birkner.
