Identification of Data/Research Needs
1. Description of data/research need: Conduct intensive field investigations
to locate squawfish spawning areas and define migration routes. Collect
quantitative information on substrate somponents+ hydraulic
characteristics and water temperature regimes for those spawning areas.
Collect larval fish according to a standardized quantitative sampling
scheme to determine production levels far the different areas over several
years.
