CQfNCERN 3: The model helps to identify conflicts between proposed water-
develapment projects and the habitat of endangered fishes however, it does not
recommend solutions to these conflicts. It !s not clear how the results of the
model will be applied. It is recommended that a standing committee, of yet
undetermined composition, be established to direct research efforts, on the
part of all aSencies and private groups, to improve and test the model. as well
as make recommendations on the further study of various non-flow options. _.
