1. Description of data/research need: Develop methods (quantitative, sem i
quantitative) far monitoring the well-being of specific life-stages or
attributes of "populations" of each endangered or rare upper basin
species.
2. Application of data/research: Methods will be necessary to evaluate the
effects of upper basin management approaches.
