Two self-sustaining populations (e.g., mainstem and/or tributaries) are <br />maintained over a 7-year period beyond downlisting, starting with the 1•irst point <br />estimates acceptable to the Service. <br />Downlisting Criteria: <br />1. Two self-sustaining populations (e.g. mainstem and/or tributaries are <br />maintained over a 5-year period starting with the first point estimates <br />acceptable to the Service, such that for each population: <br />' a. the trend in adult (age 7+;>45 cm TL) point estimates does not <br />decline significantly, and <br />b. Mean estimated recruitment of age-6 (40-45 cm TL) naturally <br />' produced fish equals or exceeds mean annual adult mortality8, and <br />c. Each point estimate exceeds 2,600 adults. <br />' Delisting Criteria: <br />1. Two self-sustaining populations (e.g. mainstem and/or tributaries are <br />' maintained over a 7-year period beyond downlisting, starting with the first <br />point estimates acceptable to the Service, such that for each population: <br />a. the trend in adult (age 7+, >45 cm TL) point estimates does not <br />decline significantly, and <br />b. Mean estimated recruitment of age-6 (40-45 cm TL) naturally <br />' produced hsh equals or exceeds mean annual adult mortality, and <br />c. Each point estimate exceeds 26,000 adults (MVP). <br /> <br />~ Strategies presented in this document for this species will be considered for implementation if <br />' the Recovery Goals are revised to include this species in this document. <br />' 49 <br /> <br />
