Mtmicipal and industrial demands were noted. If there was not
sufficient demand for additional water in the watershed, then the site was eliminated from further
consideration.

I

3.1.2.2 Inflow Hydrology

I

The second screening criterion used was inflow hydrography. Estimates of average yearly site inflows
were generated for each site based on gaged flow data, previous studies, and professional judgement
of Division 6 water commissioners. The inflow hydrology estimates provide an idea of the potential
water yield of the site. The possibility that water could be imported from adjoining study area
watersheds was considered for several sites. Sites with average inflows less than 1,000 ac-ft, oryields
less than 150 ac-ft/mi2 were excluded from further consideration.

I

I

I ~1l'7'/D"I!nW/&o..DStMiy(llr.,lRpt 11-11-99)
"/1/21/99SLW

MOTItfp'neYy Watson Mining Group * P.O.
