The Recovery Program is ajoint effort of the U.S. Fish and <br />Wildlife Service, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, National Park Service, Western Area Power <br />Administration, states of Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming, Upper Basin water users, environmental <br />organizations, and the Colorado River Energy Distributors Association. We appreciate the <br />outstanding cooperation and assistance of the National Park Service and Dinosaur National <br />Monument while implementing this study, particularly the support of Resource Staff Specialist, <br />Stephen Petersburg. Volunteer assistance was graciously provided by the Salt Lake City Game <br />and Fish Association, Brigham Young University, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Utah Division <br />of Wildlife Resources, Colorado Division of Wildlife, and numerous individuals who participated <br />in angling removal efforts.
