Participants were given the option to respond by phone at the time of contact. Information
gathered was compiled into report form using the Q and A software.
Information gathered was assembled into a workbook comprised of 8.5 "x 11 "copies of aerial
photographs of the study area with ponds identified as highlighted areas. Ponds are labeled using
the encoding system developed. Correlation of the pond code with the database provided will
allow identification of the pond owners and other aspects of the database pertaining to each pond.
