3.3.3 Young-Of-The-Year

Eight possible YOY humpback chub were captured during this
investigation. All eight fish were sacrificed since positive identification
could not be made in the field. Table 3-7 is a summary of the data
associated with each individual. Additional diagnostic morphometric and
meristic data are presented for each specimen in Appendix C.

In addition to the possible~cypha listed above, four other YOYwere
classified as "Gila X spp., indicating that the specimens possess characters
that are intermediate between ~ cypha and G. robusta (see Appendix C).
