Summaries of fish species collected by life <br />stage and associated CPE for each gear type are presented in Tables 4 - 6. The highest catch rates with electrofishing ge3r were for carp (478.3 fish/l0 hr) and channel <br />catfish (385.2). Pooled CPE for Colorado squawfish was 7.3 fish/lO hr. Catch rates for large predatory fish, <br />striped bass and walleye, were 54.0 and 27.6 fish/lO hr respectively. <br /> <br />Numerous age-O threadfin shad were noted during post-runoff electrofishing. Due to the large number and <br />their small size, no attempt was made to capture these fish. <br /> <br />Table 4.
