The Recovery Program is ajoim effort of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Western Area Power Ad$nistration, states of Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming, Upper Basin water users, environmental org~tions, and the Colorado River Energy Distributors Association. . This study was a cooperative effort between BIOIWEST, Utah Division of Wildlife Resources (UDWR), and the Bureau of Reclamation. Leo Lentsch, Na1!ive Species Coordinator for UDWR, was principal administrator for this project, and Lany Crist, Senipr Staff Fisheries Biologist, provided assistance from Bureau ofRecIamation.
