PRRIP - ED OFFICE DRAFT <br />12/13/2007 <br />All materials furnished by the contractor shall be subject to rigid inspections by the Executive <br />Director's Office. The contractor will be notified in writing as to whether the materials or any <br />portion thereof is rejected. <br />Training and Meetings <br />Mine safety training will be required to enter active mining areas. <br />The contractor will provide a weekly e-mail report regarding work progress to the Executive <br />Director's Office and will make additional contacts with the Executive Director's Office as <br />needed to clarify the protocol and to discuss problems involved in implementing the protocol. <br />The contractor will provide a verbal report at a TAC meeting after completion of each study <br />season. Both in-person meetings will be held in central Nebraska or other sites as mutually <br />agreed upon. All other contacts may be via phone and/or e-mail. <br />DELIVERABLES <br />Raw data sheets, including maps and UTM or lat-long locations of all captured birds and <br />subsequent relocations <br />Copies of all annual state and federal filings required in accordance with necessary permits. <br />Draft reports describing field methods, variations from the protocol, reasons for varying the <br />protocol methods, and data summary/analysis and completed electronic database; for the <br />2008 study season by December 31, 2008; and a final draft report covering the entire study <br />duration will be due December 31, 2008 following the final nesting season of the study for <br />review and comment by the Executive Director's Office and the TAC. Electronic copies in <br />PDF format of all reports are required. The determination of study duration will be made by <br />November 30 following the second nesting season. <br />Final reports incorporating comments from the Executive Director's Office and the TAC four <br />weeks after written and/or verbal comments are provided to the contractor. Raw data sheets, <br />photos, and finalized database are also required with submission of the final report.
