Generally, the agreement provides for a not to exceed maximum <br />93 expenditure. Services like noxious weed control, understory clearing and channel discing will <br />94 be conducted on a time and materials basis. <br />95 <br />96 III. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS <br />97 All interested parties wishing to become prequalified must complete the attached Contractor <br />98 Prequalification Form in its entirety and submit it to the Executive Director's Office. All answers <br />99 and entries on the form must be specific, complete in detail, and typewritten or printed. <br />100 Completion in pencil is not acceptable. Brochures and other information may be furnished to <br />101 supplement the form; however, it is essential that the form be completed in full. Prequalification status will be primarily based on the following <br />119 criteria: <br />120 <br />121 • financial responsibility of the contractor <br />122 • experience example projects provided for each work class <br />123 • the performance record of the applicant as related to project references <br />124 • the contractor's equipment and machinery <br />125 • whether or not the contractor has been previously denied pre-qualification, and if so, for <br />126 what reason <br />127 <br />128 Notice of Prequalification Status <br />129 After completing the evaluation of prequalification applications, the Executive Director's Office <br />130 will notify the contractor of their prequalification status.
