Central's
irrigation customers will be allocated to 6.7 inches per acre compared to a normal
contract of 18 inches per acre.
CREP (Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program)
The CREP account accrued a small amount of water in 2007. As per a Memorandum of
Agreement between Central and NDNR this account is given back to Central when Lake
McConaughy reaches 3218.0 or 650,000 acre-feet or storage.
Maintenance
The Kingsley and J2 hydros are currently in outage due to maintenance and repair work.
Kingsley should be ready for normal operations late this week and J2 should be back
online late this week or the beginning of next week. No other hydro repairs or outages
are expected at this time.
