Boyle reviewed the Program Document Water Plan as well as additional documentation, <br />including the Water Conservation/Supply Reconnaissance Study (Boyle, 1999) and the FEIS <br />(USDOI 2006). <br />In addition to a review of the literature, meetings, or interviews, were held with <br />representatives of several of the Program participants to discuss the intent of the WMS and to <br />provide information on key aspects of the project. These Program representatives shared a <br />wealth of knowledge on the Platte River system, the importance of the routing studies and <br />how identified projects would work today and in the future. A total of 9 meetings were held <br />with 8 agencies during the initial stages of the study.
