Data was obtained for the Platte River (North, <br />South, and Central) and major canals from the USGS, Nebraska Department of <br />Natural Resources, USBR, Colorado Division of Water Resources, NPPD, CNPPID, <br />and Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District. Daily and monthly data were <br />obtained for the study period 1947 - 2006. <br />Classification of water years (October to September) for the WMS into Average, Wet, <br />and Dry conditions is based on the average annual flow at the Overton, Nebraska <br />93042E Page 14 of 58 January 29, 2008 <br />PRRIP - Draft Water Management Study, Phase I
