Prepare report summarizing methods
The primary focus of this reporting period was initial processing of all transect data, the
final processing of the 2002 data, the review of base cross sections used in all models,
and the development of output processing methods. Completing the 2001 HECRAS
model provided a test of our approach to analyzing Whooping Crane hydraulic data.
In the second week we found the geometry of some of the interpolated cross sections,
although fine for analysis of higher flows and the movement of pulses, was not adequate
for the analyses required under Task 3. Under Task 3, geometry and hydraulic conditions
Progress Report 3 1 Phase II Whooping Crane Data Analysis
