Pcrmits Colorado to divert fram the Laramie Rivec aud its tn"outaries 49,375 AF per year, <br />subjcct to the foIIowing limitations: <br />a. No more chan 19,875 AF per year may be divtrted by Cotorado for use oucside the <br />basia. <br />b. No more than 29,500 AF pcr year may be diverted by Co[orado for use withia chc <br />basin, of which nat more than 1,800 AF can be diverted afcer July 31st oE each yeaz. <br />c. Any portion of ttie 19,875 AF per year not diverted by Catarada for use autside the <br />basin caa be added to the 29,500 AF per yeac permitted for use within the basin. <br />d.
