1 The moneys specified in this subsection (1) shall be available in fiscal <br />2 year 2007-08 and shall remain available for the designated purposes until <br />3 they are fully expended: <br />4 (a) The executive director of the department of natural resources <br />5 is authorized to obligate and expend one million five hundred thousand <br />6 dollars ($1,500,000) froin the capital account of the species conservation <br />7 trust fund for the following activities, programs, and species in the <br />8 following amounts: <br />9 PROGRAM / SPECIES AMOUNT <br />10 Three State Species Recovery Agreement <br />11 on the South Platte river $ 1,500,000 <br />12 Total capital account appropriation: $ 1,500,000 <br />13 (b) The executive director of the department of natural resources <br />14 is authorized to obligate and expend one million nine hundred eighty-five <br />15 thousand dollars ($1,985,040) from the operation and maintenance <br />16 account of the species conservation trust fund for the following activities, <br />17 programs, and species in the following amounts: <br />18 PROGRAM / SPECIES AMOUNT <br />19 (I) Sagebrush-associated species; shortgrass <br />20 prairie-dependent species; and South Platte <br />21 and Arkansas river aquatic species $ 400,000 <br />22 (II) San Luis Valley Regional Habitat <br />23 Conservation Plan far the Southwestern <br />24 Willow Flycatcher $ 85,000 <br />25 (III) Three State Species Recovery Agreement <br />26 on the South Platte river $ 1,500,000 <br />27 Total operation and maintenance account <br />-3- 1182
