3 TITLE I-PLATTE RIVER
4 IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAM
S SEC. 101. PURPOSE.
6 The purpose of this title is to authorize the Secretary
7 of the Interior, acting through the Commissioner of Rec-
8 lamation and in partnership with the States, other Federal
9 agencies, and other non-Federal entities, to implement the
10 Platte River Recovery Implementation Program for
11 threatened and endangered species in the Central and
12 Lower Platte River Basin.
13 SEC. 102. DEFINITIONS.
14 In this title:
15 (1) AGREEiVIENT.-The term "Agreement"
16 means the cooperative agreement between the Gov-
17 ernors of the States of Nebraska, Wyoming, and
18 Colorado and the Secretary of the Interior entitled
