F]ERC Habitat Enhancement Plan Summary
In accordance with NPPD's FERC license, a Cottonwood Ranch habitat enhancement
plan was drafted in consultation with the US Fish and Wildlife Service, Nebraska Game
and Parks Commission, Governance Committee and The Central Nebraska Public Power
arid Irrigation District consistent with Section IV. 4. of the AIP. The development plan
has been implemented over the past seven years using an oversight committee consisting
of'a representative from the previously mentioned organizations. The Platte River
'W'hooping Crane Trust has represented the Governance Committee on the Cottonwood
Ranch Oversight Committee.
Tlie Cottonwood Ranch Habitat Enhancement Plan is included in this Attachment C
(minus the agency consultation history).
