A-ttachment B <br />Oiffer of Settlement Summary <br />Oj.fer of Settlement (Settlement) dated May 15, 1998 was signed by the DOI, <br />environmental interveners to the relicensing proceeding, the State of Colorado, the State <br />of Wyoming and endorsed by the State of Nebraska. The Settlement represents an <br />agreement among the parties in anticipation of a Platte River Program which resolves <br />each of the fish, wildlife and related issues that was on record in the relicensing <br />prDceeding. The Settlement did not attempt to repeat the AIP or other supporting <br />in:Formation to the relicensing proceeding such as the Cooperative Agreement, <br />Erivironmental Account documents etc., but affirmed them by reference. <br />We have included in this Attachment the following sections from the settlement <br />agreement: Explanatory Statement, Table of Content and pages 90-92 which specifically <br />address Cottonwood Ranch. Copies af the signed Settlement Agreement were mailed to <br />al] parties in the Relicensing proceedimg under a cover letter dated May 15, 1998.
