"9 Those USFWS recommendations also <br />serve as the basis for defining the habitat component of the first increment of the <br />Proposed Program - 10,000 acres in habitat complexes in the I.exington to Chapman <br />reach.180 Over the long term, the objective of the Proposed Program is 29,000 acres <br />dedicated to wildlife use.
