The population is <br />expected to increase by 676,697 in the whole South Platte River Basin between the baseline of July <br />1, 1997 and January 1, 2009. This total change includes increases of 312,360 in the central region, <br />182,160 in the northern region and 182,177 in the southern region. <br />Please be awaze that we revise our county forecasts annually so what we are showing currently as <br />our forecast for 2009 may change dependant upon economic and social conditions within the state <br />and nationally.
