GOVERNMENTAL IMMUNITY <br />Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary, nothing herein constitutes a waiver, express or implied, <br />of any of the immunities,. rights, benefits, protection, or other provisions of the Colorado Governmental <br />Immunity Act, §CRS 24-10-101, et seq., as amended. Liability for claims for injuries to persons or property <br />arising from the negligence of the State of Colorado, its departments, institutions, agencies, boards, officials, <br />and employees is controlled and limited by the provisions of the Act and the risk management statutes, CRS <br />§24-30-1501, et seq., as amended. <br />The Government agrees to promptly consider and adjudicate any and all claims which may arise out of <br />use by the Government, duly authorized representatives, or contractors of the Government, and to pay for <br />any damage or injury as may be required by Federal law. Such adjudication will be pursued under the <br />Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2671 et sec .., or such other legal authority as may be pertinent. The <br />Government also agrees to consider and adjudicate any claims for property damage or personal injury <br />sustained by Government personnel in the performance of their official duties. Such adjudication will be <br />pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act, the Federal Employees Compensation Act, 5 U.S.C. §8101 et <br />sec .., or such other legal authority as may be pertinent. <br />20.
