The District is dependent on this water supply during <br />the winter months when surface water is unavailable and during times of drought. See <br />followinp~charted well usage for past 8 years, noting that the well water is used to serve <br />District residents every year and is augmented in the drou fight years of 2002, 2003, and <br />2004.
