C~ <br />DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />RULES CONCERNING THE COLORADO INSTREAM FLOW AND NATURAL LAKE LEVEL <br />PROGRAM <br />2 CCR 408-2 <br />1. TITLE. <br />Rules Concerning the Colorado Instream Flow and Natural Lake Level Program, hereafter referred to as <br />the Instream Flow ("ISFfl) Program as established in §37-92-102 (3) C.R.S., shall be hereinafter referred <br />to as the °ISF Rules." <br />2. PURPOSE OF RULES. <br />The purpose of the ISF Rules is to set forth the procedures to be followed by the Board and Staff when <br />implementing and administering the ISF Program. By this reference, the Board incorporates the Basis <br />and Purpose statement prepared and adopted at the time of rulemaking. A copy of this document is on <br />file at the Board office. <br />3. STATUTORY AUTHORITY. <br />The statutory authority for the ISF Rules is found at §37-60-108, C.R.S. and §37-92-102 (3), C.R.S. <br />• Nothing in these rules shall be construed as authorizing the Board to deprive the people of the state of <br />Colorado of the beneficial use of those waters available by law and interstate compact. <br />4. DEFINITIONS. <br />4a. Agenda Mailing List. <br />The agenda mailing list consists of all Persons who have sent a notice to the Board Office that they wish <br />to be included on such list. These Persons will be mailed a Board meeting agenda prior to each <br />scheduled Board meeting. <br />4b. Board. <br />Means the Colorado Water Conservation Board as defined in §§37-60-101, 103 and 104, C.R.S. <br />4c. Board Office. <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board's office is located at 1313 Sherman Street, 7th Floor, Denver, <br />CO 80203. The phone number is (303) 866-3441. Contested Hearing Mailing List. <br />I The Contested Hearing Mailing List shall consist of all Ppersons who have received Party status or <br />Contested Hearing Participant status pursuant to Rules 51. or 5m.
