the possibility of a special Board meeting, or returning to this issue in the September
CWCB Board meeting. Later during the meeting, after consultation with the CORPS, it
was decided that this issue would be an agenda item in the September Meeting, with
possible action. The possibility of changing the September meeting was discussed, but it
vas decided it would not be possible to change at this time.
