The Rules are being revised, in part, to <br />implement H.B. 08-1280. A copy of the proposed revisions to the Rules can be found on <br />Ct'VCB's website. Following the Rules discussion, there will be a short presentation on the <br />recommendations received this year for new appropriations in Water Division 6. The <br />following stream segments in Water Division 6 are being considered for instream flow <br />protection at this time; Grizzly Creek, Moeller Creek, South Fork Slater Creek, and West <br />Prong South Fork Slater Creek.
