Executive Session to discuss Agenda Items 21a and 21b. The motion was approved
unanimously (8-0).
Action: Based upon the recommendation from Patrick Kowaleski, Assistant Attorney General,
the discussion of Agenda Items 21 a, b, and c were not recorded pursuant to
C.R.S.Section 24-6-402(2)(d.~)(I)(B) because those portions of the Executive Session
constituted pri~lleged attorney-client communications.
